Green Planet Homes offers a plan-conversion service that transforms eligible traditional stick-built residential building plans into our foam-and-steel panelized manufacturing system. Our engineering team performs the conversion and delivers the completed plans back to you — customers do not access the internal converter.

Standard Conversion Fee
$500 Flat Fee
Plans with unusual structural conditions, complex roof systems, multi-level complexity, or custom engineering requirements may require additional review and pricing. This is a conversion service fee, not a home purchase price.
