Green Planet Homes engineers, fabricates, and delivers panelized housing systems under proprietary structural, manufacturing, assembly, and compliance methodologies. This page describes the architecture of that work at a high level. Underlying engineering documents, letters of opinion, structural analyses, panel specifications, manufacturing standards, and patent-supported methodologies are not publicly distributed.
AI-Assisted Interpretation
Artificial intelligence is used solely to assist with the interpretation and classification of uploaded plans, drawings, and submitted documents. AI accelerates intake review, identifies plan elements, and flags items for human engineering attention.
Human + Proprietary Rule Authority
Artificial intelligence does not independently determine final panel layouts, engineering substitutions, manufacturing specifications, structural modifications, code-compliance decisions, or final conversion outputs. Final outputs are governed exclusively by Green Planet Homes proprietary rules, engineering methodologies, manufacturing standards, assembly standards, panelization standards, compliance standards, and future patent-supported methodologies.
Structural Methodology
Panelized envelope, steel-skinned EPS core, engineered for transport, erection, and seismic / wind load envelopes per project geography.
Manufacturing Standards
Controlled-factory fabrication, dimensional QA, finish QA, and chain-of-custody documentation for every panel.
Assembly & Panelization
Sequence-engineered erection, standardized connection details, and field-verified tolerance limits.
Code Compliance
Project-specific code review against governing IBC / IRC editions, AHJ amendments, and adopted energy codes.
Letters of Opinion
Third-party structural review and letters of opinion are issued as part of the Conversion Package where required.
Patent-Supported Methods
Future patent-supported methodologies are referenced through the Green Planet Knowledge Base and governed by NDA.
Request Engineering Documentation
Engineering documents, structural letters, panel specifications, and methodology references are stored in a private repository. Access is granted on an individual basis after NDA acceptance and administrative review. There are no public download links and no public document library.

- Review and accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Submit the Document Request Form.
- An administrator reviews the request and approves or denies it.
- Approved requests are fulfilled directly to the requester.
